Dating Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults
Dating has a lot of unwritten rules, and most of them were written for neurotypical brains. If you're ADHD, autistic, or AuDHD, I'll help you date in a way that fits how you actually think, feel, and connect. Online, anywhere in the world.

Dating Can Feel Like Everyone Else Got the Manual
Reading the Signals
Is this person interested, or just being polite? Hints, flirting, and "vibes" can be hard to decode, and guessing wrong feels awful either way.
Apps, Texting, and Waiting
Profiles, openers, how fast to reply, what a short answer means. The apps reward a kind of small talk that drains a lot of neurodivergent people.
Masking and Burnout
You can perform "easygoing and normal" for a date or two. Then you're exhausted, and you're not sure anyone has met the real you.
Rejection Hits Hard
Ghosting, a "maybe," an unanswered message. If rejection sensitivity is part of your wiring, one bad week can make you want to quit altogether.
Practical Support, Built Around Your Brain
Sessions are practical and paced for you. We figure out what's getting in the way, try things between sessions, and adjust. Depending on what you need, we might work on:
- Knowing what you want, and what you don't, in a partner and a relationship
- Profiles and messages that sound like you, not a performance
- Planning dates that work for your senses and your energy
- Whether, when, and how to talk about being neurodivergent
- Consent, boundaries, and spotting red flags early
- Handling rejection and ghosting without spiraling
- Moving from dating into a relationship that actually fits you

Supporting a Neurodivergent Teen Through Dating
Crushes, group chats, first relationships, heartbreak. It's a lot for any teen, and neurodivergent teens often face it with fewer social shortcuts and more at stake. Parent coaching gives you a place to figure out how to help without hovering or shutting them down.
- Talking about dating, consent, and online safety in ways your teen will actually hear
- Understanding how their wiring shows up in friendships and crushes
- Knowing when to step in and when to step back
- Handling your own worry, so it doesn't run the conversation
I'm a parent of a neurodivergent teenager myself, so this is work I'm living, not just studying. Parent coaching is with you; I don't coach teens directly.

Relationships Are My Specialty
Most of my work is with neurodivergent couples, helping two people who love each other understand each other's wiring. Dating coaching is the earlier part of that same story: figuring out who you are in relationships before you're in one.
I'm an adult diagnosed with ADHD, a parent of a neurodivergent teen, and a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I also keep learning, including ongoing training with a community of healthy dating and relationship practitioners.
